THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.46599 OF 2016 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief: "to issue an appropriate writ or direction, particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS, directing the 1st respondent to set-aside the Final list of 2nd respondent found eligible for-Draw for Selection of LPG Distributor dated 24-11-2016 as illegal and arbitrary which is in violation of Art.14 and 19(g) of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 1st respondent to declare the petitioner is eligible for LPG Distributor ELURU - 3, West Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh and pass such other order or order deemed fit in the interest of justice and in the circumstances of the case."

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.
Today, when the matter is called, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.1 submitted that the writ petition is pre-mature in nature; that already respondent No.1 received a representation, dated 18.12.2016, from the petitioner and the same will be disposed of in accordance with law and if the petitioner is aggrieved over the order on the said representation, she is at liberty to approach this Court.

Considering all the facts and circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.1 herein to dispose of the representation, dated 18.12.2016, of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of one month
from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
5. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
