THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.24148 of 2007 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the order, dated 01-09-2007 passed by the 1st respondent superseding the Managing Committee of the petitioner's society and seeking permission to the petitioner society to pay salaries to the staff of the society as per the directions of this Court till disposal of batch of writ petitions in W.P.No.6891 of 2004 and batch. So far as the first part of the relief as sought in this writ petition, in view of the expiry of the period of Managing Committee nothing survives for adjudication. With regard to later portion of payment of salaries, it is submitted by learned Government Pleader that batch of cases in W.P.No.6891 of 2004 and batch were disposed of by this Court on 02-12-2008 and in view of the same, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
