O R D E R
Alleging that the 2nd respondent - Station House Office, Patamata Police Station, Vijayawada, is making repeated calls asking the petitioners to come to police station without assigning any reasons and without following the due process of law, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that there is matrimonial dispute and the 3rd petitioner was called for counseling before the Mandal Legal Services Committee, Nyaya Sevasadan, Vijayawada, but he did not turn up and therefore, the matter was sent back to the police station, and case in Crime No.305 of 2018 dated 18.5.2018 was registered against the 3rd petitioner for the offences punishable under Section 498- A IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, and the said crime is under investigation.
In view of the above submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, as crime is registered and the same is under investigation, no orders need be passed and writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
