THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.13436 OF 2009 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of Mandamus to declare the Endorsement in Rc.No.C8-12217/2009, dated 04.06.2009, issued by respondent No.2 directing the petitioners to pay 10% of the open space cost and drainage and sewerage charges as illegal and arbitrary, and consequently, to set aside the same.

2. Learned counsel appearing for both parties stated that the issue involved in this case is squarely covered by order, dated 30.9.2015, in W.P.No.27557 of 2011 and batch of this Court. Learned counsel for the petitioners also states that subsequently, charges towards 10% open space were paid by the petitioners.

3. Following the said order, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
