There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. As a matter of fact, on 22.10.2018, 28.08.2019 and 11.09.2019, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, inspite of listing the matter under the caption 'for dismissal'. From this, it appears that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.

Accordingly, Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for non-prosecution.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
