29.04.2022 KS,J I.A.No.1 of 2022 This interlocutory application is filed for relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court in the order dated 15.12.2020 passed in criminal petition No.6681 of 2020 i.e. 'the petitioners/A7 to 14 shall personally appear before the concerned Investigation Officer, onevery Sunday between 10 a.m and 5 p.m till completion of investigation and filing report.

Heard.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court, from the date of the order. Taking into consideration the submissions of learned counsel on either side, the condition of appearance of the petitioners before the SHO, imposed by this Court in order dated 15.12.2020 passed in criminal petition No.6681 of 2020, is herby relaxed.
