After making submission for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition with liberty to the petitioners to pursue the Interlocutory Applications filed in the suit. Granting the said liberty, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
