HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.112 of 2016 ORDER :

This revision is filed by the petitioner/plaintiff under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the order dated 01.10.2015 in I.A. No.433 of 2015 in O.S. No.90 of 2011 on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Rayachoty.

2) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and for the respondents and perused the material on record.

3) After perusal of the order passed by the learned Senior Civil Judge, this Court finds no illegality or irregularity in the impugned order. However, this petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to file an application seeking the document duly impounded either by the Court concerned or by referring to the District Registrar by certifying as duly stamped, then only to consider any requirement of registration and admissibility for any collateral purpose including to enforce the contract for sale in a suit for specific performance, under Section 49 of the Registration Act.

4) With the above observations, this revision is disposed of at the admission stage. There shall be no order as to costs.
