HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No. 5593 of 2019 ORDER:

The present Criminal Petition is filed under Sections 482 Cr.P.C., to modify the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.1439 of 2019 in Crl.M.P.No.159 of 2014 in C.C.No.7 of 2015, dated 23.08.2019 and to grant extension of four weeks time to the petitioner to come back to India and report before the Special Judge for CBI Cases, Hyderabad, to surrender his passport.

At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter is going to be settled and sought extension of four weeks.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the time granted to the petitioner to deposit his passport before the Special Judge for CBI Cases, Hyderabad, is extended for a period of two weeks from today. It is made clear that no further extensions will be granted. 4.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. 5.
