THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.5864 OF 2005 ORDER:

On 13.06.2017, at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the case was passed over in the morning and in the afternoon, a request was made for adjournment, which was accepted on payment of costs of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only) payable to the Andhra Pradesh High Court Advocates' Association.

Today, when the case is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner is absent and there is no representation and that the costs are not paid.

In the circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed for default/nonprosecution. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
