RESPONDENTS Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ or order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents vide Letter dated 05.04.2018 of the l st respondent and vide Notice dated 20.04.2018 issued by the 2nd respondent compelling the petitioner to take over the Stall No.8 i.e.
, Clock Room and Chat Bhandar in Suryapet Hi-Tech Bus Station and threatening to terminate the license of the petitioner without completion of the Civil Work at the place of the petitioner stall, is highly unwarranted, unjust, arbitrary and illegal and consequentially direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to run his stall after completion of the Civil Work and to grant exemption of license fee till the Stall is handed over to the petitioner after the completion of the Civil Work and carry out amendment in the license deed of the petitioner regarding the date of commencement of business from the date the petitioner is handed over the stall.
lA NO: 1 OF 2018 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents not to compel the petitioner to take over his Stall No.8 i.e.
take coercive steps against the petitioner for termination of his license, till the stall is handed over to the petitioner after completion of the Civil Work, pending disposal of the above Writ Petition.
