Kolli Ananda Kumar v. The State Of Andhra Pradesh,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION NO.30688 OF 2017 ORDER:
1.
Heard.
2.
This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare Memo No.31617/Regn.II/A1/2012-14, dated 31.08.2015, issued by the first respondent, as illegal and arbitrary.
3.
When the matter is taken up for consideration, it is represented by the learned counsel for parties that the subject matter of this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court in M.Mallareddy v. State of Andhra Pradesh1, wherein the impugned memo was set aside.
4.
In view of the fact that this Court has already considered the issue in question in M.Mallareddy, the respondents are directed to examine the application of the petitioner for renewal of notary license without reference to Memo No.31617/Regn.II/A1/2012-14, dated 31.08.2015.
5.
The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
