This criminal petition is filed by the petitioners-accused Nos.2 to 8, under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., seeking pre arrest bail in Crime No.207 of 2016 on the file of the Station House Officer, Narsapuram Town Police Station, West Godavari District. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State submitted that the petitioners were released on bail by the concerned SHO. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, no further orders required to be passed in this case. 3.
