HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY And HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO C.C.No.1262 of 2019 ORDER (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice P.Naveen Rao) Writ petition was disposed of by order 02-01-2019 and operative portion of the said order reads under: " We are of the view that all that needs to be done now is for the first respondent to take a decision on the request given for inter-state transfer. Let that be taken and communicated to the petitioners within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and a copy of this writ petition. The petitioner is authorized to place such copies before the officer concerned. All other issues are left open." Alleging that said orders are not complied, this contempt case is filed.

When the contempt case is taken-up for consideration, Learned Government Pleader produced proceedings dated 1511-2019 of the Secretary, Telangana Residential Educational Institutions Society (Regd) (for short the "TREIS"). A reading of the proceedings would disclose that in accordance with orders of the High Court, the Government of Telangana passed orders on 14-11-2019. From the material on record now circulated it is apparent that the Secretary, A.P.Social Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society (for short "the APREIS") requested the Special Chief Secretary to Government, School Education Department to request the

State of Telangana to relieve the employees mentioned therein who are natives of Andhra Pradesh and who can be allotted in the A.P.R.E.I.S in the existing vacancies. Accordingly, on 06-08-2019 the Special Chief Secretary to the Government, School Education Department, State of Andhra Pradesh addressed a letter to the Special Chief Secretary to School Education Department, Telangana requesting to accord sanction on the proposal of Secretary, A.P.R.E.I.S for considering the inter state transfer of above said individuals whose names are mentioned in paragraph No.1 of the said letter. In accordance with thereof, the State of Telangana passed orders on 14-11-2019 and the Secretary, T.R.E.I.S passed consequential orders on 15-11-2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though petitioners are relieved by the State of Telangana Residential Educational Institutions Society and though petitioners reported before the A.P. Educational Institutions Society, so far they are not admitted. It appears that these facts were not brought to the notice in the litigation pursued before A.P.State High Court in WP.Nos6578 and 6579 of 2019. Insofar as, this contempt case is concerned, orders are complied and the contempt case is accordingly closed. However, it is needless to observe that it is open for the petitioners to work out remedies on the issue with reference to not admitting them by the A.P.Residential Educational Institutions Society.

As a sequel to the disposal of this contempt case, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
