This Writ Petition is filed seeking appointment on compassionate ground by challenging rejection of application of the petitioner's mother dated 13.06.2015.

The petitioner is seeking employment in a Government Department and hence this Writ Petition is not maintainable before this Court.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of the grievance.
