As there was no representation for the appellants on 14.02.2018, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption "for dismissal". When the matter is listed today, yet again, there is no representation for the appellants. The above conduct of the appellants reflects that they are not interested in prosecuting the appeal.

Learned counsel, Sri Shyam S.Agrawal, appearing for some of the contesting respondents was present on 14.02.2018. He is also present today.

In the result, the Appeal is dismissed for default. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.

There shall be no order as to costs.
