The learned counsel for the petitioner requests the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to pursue the matter before this Court as and when the necessity arises. The learned counsel has also filed a letter in the Registry in that regard.

The permission is accorded and the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand disposed of.
