Today, when the matter is taken up, a letter bearing No.100/ESF/2017 dated 21.4.2017 addressed by the Assistant Director of Fisheries/District Fisheries Officer, Warangal Urban to the learned Government Pleader for Irrigation is placed on record. In the said letter, it is stated that vide Memo dated 14.3.2017, the Commissioner of Fisheries informed that the Government permitted to lease out the fish seed farm, Bheemaram to the private entrepreneurs having seed production farms and sufficient experience in fish seed production.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission for disposal of the Writ Petition with a liberty to the petitioner herein to challenge the said proceedings.

In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed, with a liberty to the petitioner herein to question the proceedings vide Memorandum No.814/C1/2017 dated 14.3.2017 in appropriate forum of law. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
