61 of Karwan (the fact remains that the sard premises is situated at 62, Jiyaguda) as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to the respondents 1 to 6 to take steps to shift the 44 licence shop run by the 7th respondent in the premises bearing No.13-4-595/1/2, Jiyaguda, Hyderabad to some other premises situated in Ward No, 61, Karwan, Hyderabad.
