HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.16993 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of respondent No.3 in registering the FIR against the 4th respondent and his men on the petitioners' complaint dated 08.04.2018 and inspite of receipt of legal notice dated 12.04.2018, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct respondent No.3 to register FIR on the petitioners' complaint.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to avail alternate remedy as may be available to them under law. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
