ORDER :

Vide order dated 4.7.2019, petitioner was placed under suspension and he was asked to submit explanation within (7) days. According to the learned counsel for petitioner, though petitioner submitted his explanation on 17.8.2019, same is not being considered. Hence the writ petition.

Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for respondents and perused the material available on record.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the explanation offered by the petitioner and pass appropriate final orders, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
