Sri G.Ravi Mohan, learned counsel for the petitioners/A.1 to A.3, is present.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh would represent that the Investigating Officer has filed a report before the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, Nandikotkur, requesting to close the crime as 'civil in nature', and, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous. In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the criminal petition is disposed of at admission stage.
