HONOURABLE Dr.JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO Criminal Revision Case No.265 of 2017 ORDER:

While upholding the interim order granted on 08.02.2017 in this revision for one month from today, the revision is disposed of, directing the lower Court, by virtue of this order, to hear afresh what the amount respectively paid and what is due, within one month from the date of receipt of this order. For payment of all arrears if any, on or before 15th June, 2017, till then the interim order holds good. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the revision, shall stand closed.
