HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.19491 of 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief :- "...............Writ Of Mandamus :a) To direct the Respondents-Organisation to retain and continue the petitioner in the post of typist at her respective place of working with all consequential benefits and attendant benefits till regularisation; b) To award costs; By holding the action of the RespondentsOrganisation for not continue the services of the Petitioner in the post of Typist, as bad, illegal, irrational, arbitrary, discriminatory, void, violative of the Article 14, 15, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India, and pass any such other Order or further Orders ................."

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondents informs the Court that the petitioner has been retained and continued as Typist in her respective place.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has also not disputed the said submission.

In view of the above said submission of the learned Standing counsel, the grievance of the petitioner has been resolved and accordingly, this writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
