This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 16.12.2016 in I.A.No.861 of 2016 in O.S.No.2461 of 2016 on the file of the VIII Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision petition with liberty to file a suit for declaration. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to file a suit for declaration, if she is so advised. There shall be no order as to costs.
