HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.22713 OF 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by the General Power Attorney (GPA) holder. When the same is pointed out by this Court, the GPA impleaded the names of the petitioners 2 and 3. A perusal of the affidavit filed by the petitioners reveals that the subject property does not find place in the said GPA and no schedule is attached to the same.

In view of the above, I do not see any merit to entertain the writ petition. Accordingly the writ petition is dismissed. However, the petitioners are at liberty to file fresh writ petition by including all the necessary documents and also proper GPA. No costs.

As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
