THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.1900 of 2017 ORDER:

This Criminal Revision Case under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.P.C is filed challenging the order, dated 04.07.2017, passed in Crl.M.P. No.108 of 2017 in Crime No.326 of 2017 by the Rent Control Court-cum-IV Additional Junior Civil Judge at Visakhapatnam ordering police custody to accused from 05.07.2017 10.00 A.M to 11.07.2017 10.00 A.M with certain directions.

This Court did not pass any interim order suspending the order passed by the Court below and that apart, the custody was granted till 11.07.2017 but the revision was filed on 05.07.2017. However, no interim order was passed by this Court as on today, the Revision has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed.
