HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO COMPANY APPLICATION No.353 OF 2017 IN C.P. No.14 OF 1987 ORDER:

The Official Liquidator, through the instant application, under Section 462 of the Companies Act, 1956 read with Rules 306 and 298 of the Companies (Court) Rules, 1959, filed the half yearly accounts of M/ s.Krishi Engines Limited (in liquidation) for the period from 01.04.2015 to 30.09.2015 along with the audited report of M/ s. Padmanabha Rao & Co., Chartered Accountants, dated 02.01.2017. With the assistance of Sri M. Anil Kumar, learned counsel for Official Liquidator, this Court has perused the details of the audited report. The prayer is accepted. The accounts and the audited report are taken on file.

The application is ordered accordingly.
