When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by both the counsel that the parties have settled their disputes and as such they are not intending to pursue the matter. The learned counsel for the petitioner also sought permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.

Permission, as sought for, is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
