This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking reinstatement. When this matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner attained the age of superannuation. Therefore, at this point of time, the relief sought by the petitioner cannot be granted. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
