ORDER

Challenging the inaction of 2nd respondent in registering the complaint dated 29.02.2016 given by the petitioner, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submits that the complaint lodged by the petitioner was registered as a case in Cr.No.48 of 2017 by the Station House Officer, III Town Police Station, Kurnool, for the offences punishable under Sections 177 & 420 read with 34 IPC, on 13.2.2017 and investigation is in progress.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
