HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY AND HON'BLE Dr.JUSTICE CHILLAKUR SUMALATHA IA.No.2 OF 2021 AND FCA.No.177 OF 2019 JUDGMENT:(per Hon'ble Sri Justice A.Rajasheker Reddy) This appeal is filed against the Decree and Judgment dated 15.07.2019 passed in FCOP.No.625 of 2016 on the file of the IV Additional District Judge-cum-Family Court, Ranga reddy District at L.B.Nagar.

During the pendency of the appeal, the appellant and the respondent have filed joint petition under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 for divorce by mutual consent, which is signed by both the parties. The said compromise is accompanied by a petition in IA.No.2 of 2021 filed by the respondent seeking to grant permission to file the compromise entered by them. Heard learned counsel for the appellant as well as learned counsel for respondent.

The appellant and respondent are present in person and they are identified by their respective counsel through their Aadhar Cards. The parties, who are present in person, admit the terms of compromise.

The appellant-father agreed to deposit Rs.9 lakhs in FDR in the name of their child and Rs.1 lakh to the respondent-wife. The respondent-wife also agreed and states that the matter is settled.

In view of the above, the Compromise entered into between the parties is hereby recorded and IA.No.2 of 2021 is ordered. A decree be drawn in accordance with the terms of Compromise and a copy of Joint Petition filed by both the parties shall form part of the record.

Accordingly, the FCA is disposed of in terms of Compromise entered into between the parties and the order dated 15.07.2019 passed in FCOP.No.625 of 2016 by the IV Additional District Judge-cum-Family Court, Ranga reddy District at L.B.Nagar, is set aside granting divorce to the parties by mutual consent. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the FCA shall stand dismissed.
