HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 9716 OF 2000 ORDER:

It is represented by learned counsel for both sides that this Writ Petition was referred to the Andhra Pradesh High Court Legal Services Committee, High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad constituted under Section 19 of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 and an award has been passed with the consent of the parties and this Writ Petition may be disposed of in terms of the said award. In view of the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the award dated 11.4.2015 passed by the Andhra Pradesh High Court Legal Services Committee, High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad. No costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
