HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT W.P. No.17330 OF 2018 ORDER:

The petitioners pray for the following relief: "...writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd Respondent in amending the Revenue Records in respect of the land in Sy No 27, 39 and 42 extent Ac 20 17 guntas of Shakhapur Village Velgatur Mandal Jagtial District (Erstwhile Karimnagar District) and thereby creating the 3rd Party Rights in favour of the 4th Respondent herein and some others without considering the pendency of the Writ Petition No 7383 of 2014 and without considering the Petitioners' representation dated 07.03.

2018 as arbitrary illegal and violative of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India, and also contrary to the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act 1971 and consequently direct the 2nd Respondent to maintain status-quo with regard to amendment of the Revenue Records in respect of the land in Sy No 27, 39 and 42 extent Ac 20. 17 guntas of Shakhapur Village Velgatur Mandal Jagtial District (Erstwhile Karimnagar District) till WP No 7383 of 2014 is decided by considering the Petitioners representation dated 07.03.2018..." The prayer excerpted above refers to W.P. No.7383 of 2014. The petitioners, if have grievance against initiation of proceedings pursuant to the orders impugned in W.P. No.

7383 of 2014, the petitioners ought to work out remedies in the pending writ petition, but filing the present writ petition with minor changes in respect of the same subject matter is untenable. Therefore, liberty is granted to file petition in W.P. No.7383 of 2014.

With the above observation and liberty, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
