This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to direct respondent No.2 not to grant building permission to respondent Nos.3 and 4 or any third party without any notice to the petitioner and without considering the objections regarding pendency of O.S. No.61 of 2009 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Jagtial, and O.S. No.37 of 2014 on the file of the II Additional District Judge, Karimnagar, at Jagtial, pertaining to property admeasuring 187.56 Sq. yards in Sy. No.70 of Korutla. At the hearing, Mr. V. Ravi Kiran Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that after filing of this writ petition, respondent No.2 has granted building permission to respondent Nos.3 and 4 questioning which his client has filed W.P. No.34900 of 2014. In view of the above subsequent event, the cause with which this writ petition is filed has become infructuous. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to pursue W.P. No.34900 of 2014.
As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P. Nos.39969 of 2014 and 36191 of 2015, and W.V.M.P. No.532 of 2015 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
