HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.7542 of 2014 ORDER:

The action of the respondents in allotting canteen/stalls/shops in Kurnool Region without issuing fresh tender notice is challenged before this Court.

This Court, by order dated 19.03.2014 issued orders of status quo.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, thereafter, the impugned tender notice was cancelled and the allotments made in favour of the beneficiaries were also came to be cancelled; in that view of the matter, nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition.

Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, Writ Petition is closed.
