HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.1171 of 2017 O R D E R:

The writ petition is filed challenging the registration of the FIR No.4 of 2017.

2. This court by order dated 06.01.2017 directed the police to proceed with the investigation, without arresting the petitioner.

3. Now the learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as the de facto complainant submitted that after completion of the investigation, the police filed a final report before the court. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is, closed. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
