THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER SECOND APPEAL No.711 OF 2000 JUDGMENT:

This appeal is filed by the appellant-defendants under Section 100 of Civil Procedure Code, 1908, aggrieved by the judgment and decree, dated 23.09.1998, in A.S.No.43 of 1994, passed by the District Judge, Guntur, in allowing the appeal by setting aside the judgment and decree, dated 19.04.1994 in O.S.No.207 of 1989, passed by the Principal Subordinate Judge, Tenali, wherein the suit filed for recovery of money was dismissed.

On earlier occasion, i.e., on 13.06.2018, there was no representation for the appellants. Despite posting the matter today under the caption 'for orders', there is no representation for the appellants. It appears, the appellants have no interest to pursue the appeal. 3.
