THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION NO.12525 OF 2013 ORDER:

None appears for the petitioners.

The petitioners herein sought for quashing the crime No.128 of 2013 on the file of Machavaram Police Station, Guntur District. Learned Public Prosecutor has since received instructions in the matter has pointed out that after completing the investigation police filed the charge sheet on 31.07.2014 before the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Piduguralla and the same was taken as C.C.No.247 of 2014 and the case is posted for trial on 15.07.2015. In that view of the matter, the cause in this petition does not survive any further for adjudication.

The petition is, therefore, dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous applications if any shall also stand closed.
