On 22.03.2016, this Court ordered notice before admission. After receipt of notice, the respondent entered appearance and filed a counter-affidavit.

Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has been settled out of Court and his client does not wish to press the Company Petition.

Recording the above said submission, the Company Petition is dismissed as not pressed.
