HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT Writ Petition No.23152 of 2017 ORDER:
The petitioners pray for writ of mandamus declaring the impugned proceedings dated 22.01.2014 of the 1st respondent assigning the lands in favour of the unofficial respondents 5 to 16 in Sy.Nos.561 and 563 situated at Varikolu village, Koheda Mandal, Karimnagar District, while the provisional allotment certificates issued in favour of the petitioners bearing No.A3/ 1196/ 80 dated ..1981 in respect of the same land are in force, without any notice to the petitioners and without following the procedure contemplated under the law, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.
Learned counsel for the petitioners after arguing the writ petition for some time, does not press the writ prayer, but seeks liberty to workout the grievances of the petitioners before the Competent Authority.
By granting liberty as prayed for, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions if any in this writ petition shall stand dismissed in consequence. ____________ S.V.BHATT, J Date: 13.07.2017 BSS
