M/S. Indus Towers Limited, v. The Telangana State Southern Power Distribution
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO W.P. No.8387 of 2016 ORDER:
Questioning the disconnection of power supply to the cellular towers erected by the petitioner-company, bearing service connection Nos. V6076168, V6076898 and 6076323, this writ petition is filed. 2.
It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner-company that there was no notice prior to resorting to disconnection of power supply. Taking note of the said submission, this Court passed interim orders on 16.03.2016 directing restoration of the power supply. 3.
The learned counsel for the petitioner informs that consequent to the interim order, the power supply is restored and is now being supplied regularly.
4.
In view of the same, the interim order granted earlier is affirmed and the respondents are directed to continuously supply power to the petitioner's cellular towers with service connection Nos. V6076168, V6076898 and 6076323, subject to the petitioner-company regularly paying electricity charges and not inviting any other disqualification. 5.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
