Heard Mrs.S.Madhavi for petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents.

The counsel submit that the prayer in the present writ petition is similar to the prayer in W.P.No.1796 of 2009 which was disposed of on 07.10.2013 and request the Court to pass the same order. The statement is placed on record.

By incorporating the operative of the order in W.P.No.1796 of 2009, the present writ petition is dismissed. " In the counter affidavit filed by respondents and as per the instructions received by the Assistant Government Pleader, it is stated that if the petitioners are eligible for grant of house site pattas, the Government will consider if an application is made subject to verifying the eligibility of applicants. Hence, the petitioners are given liberty to represent to respondents 2 and 3 herein, by enclosing a copy of this order, for grant of house site pattas either in Sy.No.205 or at any other place in the same village. On receipt of such representation, the request will be considered and disposed of in accordance with the applicable Government Orders/ Board Standing Orders, expeditiously" . There shall be no order as to costs.
