This Writ Petition is filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus declaring the impugned notice issued by the 3rd respondent vide Ref.No.B/211/2015, dated 06.05.2015, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently to direct the respondents not to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the Petitioner's land in Sy.No.780-1 to an extent of Ac.3.00 cents situated at Gundluru village of Rajampet Mandal, Kadapa District.

A notice was issued to the petitioner by the 3rd respondent to produce all the original documents for conducting enquiry. In pursuance of the said notice, the petitioner has submitted an explanation and an appropriate decision has to be taken by the respondents.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the Tahsildar, Rajampet-3rd respondent to pass appropriate orders on the explanation submitted by the petitioner within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
