2. The petitioner had been entrusted the work of maintenance of toilets in various Bus Stations in Nalgonda District by the 1st respondent under a deed of licence executed by the 1st respondent which is valid upto 28.03.2016. The petitioner contends that it is willing to pay high monthly rentals to the 1st respondent compared to other associations; that a Committee constituted by the 2nd respondent has also reported favourably in favour of the petitioner in December, 2013 and therefore the 1st respondent should be directed to consider extension of the licence period granted to the petitioner for a further period of 20 years. directed to consider the same within a reasonable time.

3. Learned Standing Counsel for the respondents states that the respondents would consider the petitioner's representations dated 01.10.2012 and 01.07.2013 within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. In this view of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 01.10.2012 and 01.07.2013 with regard to extension of licence period for maintenance of toilets in the Bus Stations in Nalgonda District within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
