The petitioner states to have filed an appeal before the 1st respondent-Revenue Divisional Officer, Narsampet, Warangal Rural District, in Appeal No.596 of 2018, under Section5(a)(b) of the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971, aggrieved by the entries made by the 2nd respondent-Tahsildar in the revenue records. His grievance is that the 1st respondent has neither passed orders in the appeal nor in the stay application that he filed along with the appeal. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

Considering the relief which is sought in the writ petition, the matter can be disposed of at the admission stage and there is no requirement of issuance of notice to respondents 3 to 5.

Accordingly, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to pass orders either in the appeal or in the stay application filed therein, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving opportunity to both the sides.
