THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R.SUBHASH REDDY and THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.SHANKAR NARAYANA CONTEMPT CASE No.2171 of 2013 ORDER: (per RSR, J) This Contempt Case is filed alleging disobedience of the directions issued by this Court in order, dated 28.11.2013 passed in WPMP.No.42604 of 2013 in Writ Petition No.34228 of 2013.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents produced before this Court a copy of order, dated 18.12.2013 passed by the second respondent in Lr.Rc.No.1643/N1/2013, and stated that by the said order, the petitioner is permitted to continue at Government T.B.Hospital, Nellore, pending further orders. In view of aforesaid order, dated 18.12.2013 passed by the second respondent in Lr.Rc.No.1643/N1/2013, it cannot be said that there is willful and deliberate violation of the directions issued by this Court.

In that view of the matter, the Contempt Case is closed, placing on record aforesaid order, dated

18.12.2013 passed by the second respondent in Lr.Rc.No.1643/N1/2013.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
