Heard learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioners, they submitted representations on 17.03.2018 and 11.04.2018 to the second respondent, but no action has been taken so far on the said representations. On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that if any such representations are pending consideration before the respondent authorities, the same will be verified and proper further action will be taken, as per law, after giving notice to all the stakeholders.

Recording the said submission, without expressing any opinion, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, directing the second respondent to verify the representations, dated 17.03.2018 and 11.04.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioners herein and take appropriate action on the said representation, as per law, after giving notice to all the stakeholders, as expeditiously as possible.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
