This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "... to issue a writ, order or direction and more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the actions of Respondents Nos.1 to 5 in not considering the representation of the petitioner dated 10.12.2012, 19.7.2017, and 20.07.2019 to mutate the name of Waqf Institution i.e. Dargah Kohe Maula Ali in the revenue records as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of principle of natural justice and contrary to Articles 21 and 300A of Constitution of India and pass ..." Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader.

Inasmuch as the relief claimed in the writ petition being limited to non-consideration of the aforestated representations, there shall be a direction to the respondent authorities to consider and pass necessary orders on the representations within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already considered. The orders so passed shall be communicated to the petitioner as well as the 5th respondent-Waqf Board.
