HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 25315 OF 2017 ORDER:

Petitioners' claim is that their parents were granted assigned lands as early as in the year 1970. After demise of their parents, petitioners now submit that in the assignment records their names should be reflected. Having regard to the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of without expressing any opinion on merits directing the 4th respondent-Tahsildar, Dagadaerthi Mandal to examine and verify whether any such request was made on the online portal of the Government, and if such request is made, examine the merits of the claim made by them in the said application and take decision as warranted by law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
